八重法中的文獻斷代嘗試及阿難與尼眾僧團的宗風

八重法傳統的形成不僅牽涉到了原始佛教史之中一件重要事件的史實性與時間斷代，而且還關乎佛教教團對男女平權的態度與眾生平等思想的教義詮釋，因此具有歷史學、宗教思想史與社會倫理學的重要意義。本文主要從文獻分析的角度來判定構成八重法諸歷史傳說諸要素的形成具有層累性與階段性，即一些要素甚至可以追溯到大乘佛教形成時期。而其傳信主體的形成時間點為佛陀滅度之後到佛教根本分裂之前。也即若干將佛陀本人與八重法聯繫在一起的作法乃是後世形成，這也就部分消解了其宗教權威性。並且八重法傳統的形成，也與佛教內部的若干個人宗風影響有關，並且隨著以阿難一系為代表的更具佛教中道傳統的崛起，這種輕視女性的傳統在某種程度上退潮。

To academia the establishment of the Eight Garudhammas tradition was not only of historical importance, but also marks Bhikkhuni Sangha's subordinate status which constantly challenged now in modern society. Trying to demonstrate that the legend of the Eight Garudhammas tradition which of non-historicity was a product of long historical evolvement, some of which can be trace back even later than the compilation of Mahāyāna Buddhist literature, and the major part of it was shaped up between the parinirvāṇa of the Buddha and the first major schism in the Second Buddhist council, the paper want to, at least partly deconstruct its authority which was been wrongly appealed to Buddha himself. And the other important factor which contributed to the long-established tradition was Mahākāśyapa's rigid ascetic ways of practicing Buddhism which caused insidiously destructive internal divisions between his disciples and Ānanda's as well as the Bhikkhuni Sangha. Although gradually Ānanda's followers gained momentum and dominated mainstream of Buddhist practicing, but until now Buddhism still remained a male dominated spiritual realm.
