淺談家用電冰箱與商用冷櫃測試方法及比較

Introduction of Testing Standards Comparison between Household and Commercial Refrigerating Appliances

摘要


現今各國多採用IEC 62552標準測試家用冰箱能效,商用冷櫃則依照儲存櫃與展示櫃的不同,分別為ISO 22041與ISO 23953。除了家用冰箱所需的測試環境空間較小外,兩者對於測試實驗室環境的溫度、濕度、風速皆規定不一。進行耗電測試時,家用冰箱僅空櫃、不須進行開關門測試,商用冷櫃則需擺放試驗包並進行開關門測試,規定的測試時間也不同。本文將簡單介紹、比較三份標準,以供讀者了解其之差異性。

IEC 62552 is commonly and internationally implemented as test methods for checking the characteristics of household refrigerating appliances. As for commercial refrigerating appliances, ISO 22041 and ISO 23953 are specified for refrigerated storage/display cabinets respectively. The requests of testing laboratory are different between two kinds of refrigerating appliances, and especially a smaller test space is required for household's. The power consumption test is conducted load-freely for household's, however, using M-packages as heat load is necessary with repeating door opening test for commercial's. This article will briefly introduce and compare the three testing standards for readers to understand their differences.
