我國無風管空氣調節機能源效率管理研究

Study on Energy Efficiency Management of Non-ducted air conditioners in Taiwan

摘要


配合我國在設備器具能源效率管理上的三大政策,包括強制性容許耗用能源基準(MEPS)、強制性能源效率分級標示制度與自願性節能標章制度,無風管空氣調節機容許耗用能源基準在103年修訂公告並於105年起實施,距今已超過6年,同時近年在政府節約能源之家電補助及節能電器退還減徵貨物稅政策之激勵下,無風管空氣調節機1級能效機種市占率大幅提升,為持續引導廠商研發高能源效率產品,有必要再次修訂提升能源效率基準。本文主要探討國內無風管空氣調節機能源效率基準修訂之方案,包含市場銷售資訊、測試方法介紹、國際間能源效率管理制度分析以及能源效率基準訂定之相關細節。

In line with Taiwan's three major policies on the energy efficiency management of equipment and appliances, including Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS), Energy Efficiency Grading Labeling and Energy Conservation Labeling, Minimum Energy Performance Standards of Non-ducted air conditioners was revised in 2013 and implemented in 2010, it has been more than 6 years since then. In recent years, with the incentive of the Refunding Reduced Commodity Tax Amount in Purchasing Eco-Friendly Appliances policy, the market share of Grade 1 Non-ducted air conditioners has increased significantly. In order to guide manufacturers to develop high-energy-efficiency products, it is necessary to revise and improve the energy-efficiency benchmark again. This study mainly discusses the draft proposal of Energy Efficiency Grading Labeling criterion for Non-ducted air conditioners, including market information, introduction to the standard test methods, analysis of international energy efficiency management, and the details of promotion of energy efficiency criterion.
