高速電機動力測試平台與電機性能測試方法

High-speed motor power test platform and motor performance test method

摘要


離心式冷媒壓縮機採用高速感應電機,其轉定子浸泡於冷媒中,具有良好的散熱冷卻能力,在整機系統測試下,無電機過熱問題可穩定運轉;然而,在實際高速電機之加載測試過程,由於測試電機與負載之功率密度高,其散熱能力影響高速電機動力測試平台的適用性;本文設計一高速電機動力測試平台,實際應用於200冷凍噸之高速感應電機,以冰水機系統之實測數據做為高速電機動力測試之測試條件,其測試結果證實該平台之最高測試轉速達20000RPM,最高測試功率達140kW以上。

The centrifugal compressor adopts a high-speed induction motor, and its rotor and stator are immersed in the refrigerant, which has good heat dissipation and cooling capacity. Under the whole system test, it can run stably without motor overheating; however, in the actual high-speed motor power test process , due to the high power density of the test motor and the load bank, its heat dissipation capacity affects the applicability of the high-speed motor power test platform. In this paper, a high-speed motor power test platform is designed, which is actually applied to a high-speed induction motor with a capacity of 200 refrigerated tons. The measured data of the chiller is used as the test conditions for the high-speed motor power test. The test results confirm that the maximum test speed of the platform reaches 20000RPM. , the highest test power is more than 140kW.
