This study introduces the automatic bonding process of rotor magnets applied to the outer rotor BLDC motor of ceiling fans, establishes quality inspection specifications for magnets and optimizes the glue coating scheme, and constructs a complete set of standard operating procedures for rotor production. Unfavorable bonding conditions in this process will affect the structural strength of the magnet bonding, curing time, and the size of the air gap between the rotor and the stator. The influencing factors are: glue coating scheme, dosage, and geometric dimensions of the magnet. After improving various factors, the destructive experiment of the rotor was carried out with the hydraulic machine and the mold, and the magnet bonding strength of the glue coating improvement scheme was discussed, and the process yield was effectively improved through the standard operation process.
