摘要

本文提出在設計渦卷式壓縮機過程中，常見且重要之設計參數以及程序，以其中：（1）渦卷線形及頭部圓弧修正設計嚙合確認；（2）偏心部之一次、二次平衡分析，分別作說明，期作為後續作相關設計時，以增加渦卷工作效率或壽命、選用偏心部體積與材質之參考。

This study presents common and important design parameters and procedures in the design of scroll compressors, in which: (1) spiral wrap, head correction and cutting design; (2) balance analysis of eccentric parts, respectively description, as a follow-up for the relevant design, increase the efficiency of the scroll or life, the choice of eccentric volume and material reference.
