用圓漸開線幾何誤差方程式對渦卷線型誤差之評定

摘要


在市場上常見的冷媒壓縮機主要以往復式、迴轉式、螺桿式及渦卷式壓縮機為主,而往復式空氣壓縮機,其成本雖低,但因為其組成型式易損件較多,故可靠性差,噪音大,所以運轉維護費用大且運轉壽命較短;而螺桿式空氣壓縮機雖然運轉平穩性好,但因為它的線形加工精度要求高而使得其加工成本大,且應用在小排氣量範圍時因其易產生多種形式的洩漏而導致其容積效率降低。相比之下在小型壓縮機市場中,渦卷式則兼具前述二者之優點。首先渦卷的線形加工(二維之形線)較螺桿式轉子(三維之形線)加工要簡單的多,可降低加工成本;且渦卷式空氣壓縮機其運轉平穩性佳、可靠性高、無易損件,使其運轉之維護費用較低。因此若能充分發揮渦卷式壓縮機的優點,必定可滿足現代社會對於高效率與節能的要求。渦卷壓縮機線型曲面形狀複雜,若不知道其基本參數的話,是無法對其作線型誤差評定,本文是利用幾何關係計算出圓漸開線線型的誤差方程式,透過最小平方法計算出基本參數的誤差值,再將基本參數值修正後代入計算,最後基本參數的誤差值小於計算要求之收斂條件時,可得到圓漸開線線型基本參數及其誤差。

Common refrigerant compressors in the market mainly included reciprocating, rotary, screw, and scroll compressors. Reciprocating air compressors had the poor reliability, the large noise, the high operation and maintenance cost and the short operating life although their costs were low and more components damaged easily. Screw air compressors had a smooth operation, but the processing cost was high because of its high profile processing accuracy. The volumetric efficiency was reduced due to multiple forms of leakage when skew compressor applied in small exhaust gas range. In contrast, in the small compressor market, the scroll type contained the both advantages. The scroll-type profile processing (two-dimensional) was much simpler than that of the screw-type rotor (three-dimensional), which could reduce the processing cost. The scroll air compressor had good operating stability, high reliability, no damage easily and less operation cost. If we could fully take advantage of scroll compressors, it would certainly meet the requirements of high efficiency and energy saving in modern society. The surface profile of the scroll compressor was complex. It was impossible to evaluate the involute profile error when the basic parameters of the scroll compressor were unknown. We calculated the error equation of the circle involute profile using the geometric relationship. The error values of the basic parameters were calculated by the least square method, and the modified basic parameter values substituted into the calculation. When the error value of the basic parameter was less than the convergence requirement of the calculation requirement, we could obtain the involute profile basic parameters and their errors.
