國產磁浮離心式冰水機之實測與性能分析-400RT級之案例研究

Testing and Performance Analysis of Domestic Magnetic Centrifugal Chillers - 400s-RT cases study

摘要


本研究採國人自行開發之磁浮離心式冰水機系統進行性能實測分析,應用磁浮離心式壓縮機與噴淋式蒸發器,不僅提升壓縮機的效率同時也提升了熱交換器性能,使其年運轉效率較既有技術產品提升20~30%以上(節能比例可能因使用條件而異)。此外,配合冷媒循環系統的設計與開發控制系統,進行製冷能力與效率之測試。本文著重兩款冰水機全載及部分負載之性能測試結果與分析,可作為業界冰水機系統設計與實務應用之重要參考。

A comparative study regarding the performance of magnetic centrifugal chillers having falling film evaporator is conducted in this study. Since the performance of compressor and heat exchanger are improved, the operating efficiency is 20~30% higher than that of existing technology products (the energy saving ratio may vary depending on the conditions of use). In addition, with the design control system and the refrigerant cycle system, the chiller capacity and efficiency are tested. This study focuses on the test results and performance analysis of the full load and partial load of two chillers, which can be used as an important reference for the design and practical application of the chiller system in the industry.
