摘要


21世紀全球推行素質教育之時,防制校園霸凌成為眾所關注的議題,兒童及青少年的情緒問題切不可輕忽,而音樂教育不啻為可行的預防策略之一。自古以來,東西方音樂教育的功能都在道德教化,俱以「和諧」、「美」、「善」做為音樂藝術的核心,至現代醫學研究發現,音樂不僅有教化、娛樂、審美的功能,還能調整神經系統機能,消除抑鬱、焦慮、緊張等不良情緒,促進身心平衡,對身心靈健康都有助益。防制校園霸凌可透過音樂教育做預防,減少社會成本,收潛移默化、陶冶品德,怡情養性之效。21世紀重視全人教育,音樂教育可做為核心素養課程,培養成為終身學習者最佳的良方。
