民办高职院校以科研促教师发展探析

摘要

学校的教学质量取决于教师的教学水平，教师的发展对于学校整体水平提升起着至关重要的作用，文章从科研角度探讨民办高职院校的教师发展。从民办高职院校教师发展存在的问题入手，针对目前存在的问题提出以科研促教师发展的方法，包括制度保障、经费支持、课题、项目驱动和开展科研培训等。
