農田水利會多角化經營策略之分析
A Study on Diversifying Operation of Irrigation Association in Taiwan

Today, the more and more alterations of society and international economic impacts decreased the enterprise scopes of Irrigation Association and forced to change the local agricultural constructions in Taiwan. The purpose of this study was to overcome the risk by using the SWOT and One-Way ANOVA analysis methods to explore the suitable multiple management strategies for Irrigation Association.
