集合控制理論應用於串聯水庫操作之研究

A Study of Applying Set Control Theory to the Operation of Two-Reservoirs System

摘要


本研究係針對水庫操作中不確定之輸入項以集合控制理論予以分析,以便建立一個以旬爲期距,操作水平為36旬之串聯水庫集合控制運作模式。研究中之理論基礎係以動態規劃原理推論各階段之集合解,以支援函數定義限制式所構成之凸面集合。最終目的將得到滿足目標限制且由輸入向量與狀態向量之間關係求得修正狀態集合,由控制向量與修正狀態集合之間關係求得之縮減狀態集合及容許控制集合,以供操作策略之制定。本研究將以翡翠、坪林水庫串聯操作為例,說明集合控制理應用於水庫之可行性。研究中不討論最佳放水或最佳目標利益,只探討串聯水庫操作在滿足限制邊界下,所得到之縮減蓄水集合及容許放水控制或乾旱控制之容許放水範圍。

This study focuses on applying the set control theory to the uncertainty input of reservoirs operation system. The set control operation model of two-reservoirs system is built upon the time interval of ten-days and the operational horizon of 36 ten-days. The solution is based on dynamic programming and to derive for the case where all sets are based on the support function concept for convex sets. The final purpose is to determine the sequence of modified state sets, reduced state sets and admissible control sets for the operational policy. Feitsui and Pinlin reservoirs are used to illustrate how the set control theory can be applied for operation of a two-reservoirs system. In addition, the optimization results of release or objective are not discussed. The purpose of this study is to determine sets of admissible control and reduced storage that the system of two-reservoirs will remain within desirable bounds. Finally, the objective of this research is to gain the admissible safe storage and admissible range of release on the flood control or drought control.
