Team Learning with X-Teams Theory to Avoid Team Failure

摘要


在各政府機關常看到「公務人員應力行團隊合作,提升工作效能,積極回應人民需求。」標語;意味著無團隊合作,就無法提昇工作效能。無團隊合作的團隊,團隊必然失敗。既然團隊合作非天生而來的能力,如何學習卻少見探討。因此本文以X-teams理論探討團隊學習,透過指引式的訓練,讓個人具有團隊合作的能力。本文透過文獻研究,發現有三:一、X-Teams的理論架構可以指引團隊學習避免團隊失敗;二、練習正念是X-Teams運作的核心關鍵;三、工作效能來自於高效能的人等。

"Civil servants should practice teamwork, improve work efficiency, and actively respond to the needs of the people." The slogan often shows on in many government agencies. How to do it? In the article, the author used team learning with X-teams theory by literature review to find out the way for avoiding team failure. There are three research results: 1. The theoretical structure of X-Teams could guide the team to learn and avoid team failure. 2. Practicing mindfulness is the key to how X-Teams works. 3. Effectiveness comes from high-performing people.
