摘要

在各政府機關常看到「公務人員應力行團隊合作，提升工作效能，積極回應人民需求。」標語；意味著無團隊合作，就無法提昇工作效能。無團隊合作的團隊，團隊必然失敗。既然團隊合作非天生而來的能力，如何學習卻少見探討。因此本文以X-teams理論探討團隊學習，透過指引式的訓練，讓個人具有團隊合作的能力。本文透過文獻研究，發現有三：一、X-Teams的理論架構可以指引團隊學習避免團隊失敗；二、練習正念是X-Teams運作的核心關鍵；三、工作效能來自於高效能的人等。

The theoretical structure of X-Teams could guide the team to learn and avoid team failure. 2. Practicing mindfulness is the key to how X-Teams works. 3. Effectiveness comes from high-performing people.
