可攜式手沖咖啡瓶之同步設計策略應用研究

Concurrent Design Strategies for Developing a Portable Pour-over Coffee Maker

摘要


產品開發程序,是一目標導向的重要過程。以往各部門進行產品開發,並非同步進行,在各個部門只專注自身營運的狀況下,容易產生溝通不良的狀況。為解決此一問題,本研究提出一個同步設計的策略,並以可攜式手沖咖啡瓶為例。首先,進行市面上手沖咖啡瓶的廣泛搜索,接著運用意象圖表法確定設計方向,再將手沖咖啡瓶運用FSM限量結構法,進行空間上結構的配置,接著由形態圖表法得知組件造形,進行造形設計。另外,用目標樹確定產品性能的評價因素,進而由模糊綜合評價得出客觀的決策結果。運用同步設計策略,可有效縮短開發的過程,並提高產品開發的成功機率。

Procedure of product development is a goal-oriented process. In the past, product development of different departments is not synchronized. They only focus on their own operational situation, which easily leads to bad communication. Thus, a research uses Concurrent Design to design a portable pour-over coffee maker. Firstly, the research widely includes portable pour-over coffee makers on the market, and then uses Image Scale Method to narrow a design range. After determining the direction of design, disintegration of structure is analyzed with Finite Structure Method, and Morphological Analysis is used for shape of components. And then the best decision is selected with Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Matrix based on the evaluation factors constructed in Objective Tree. Using Concurrent Design can shorten a process of development and improve success rates.
