引入物聯網技術之產品服務系統設計:以機車電池服務為例

A Design Method for Product Service Systems Incorporating Internet of Things Technology: An Example of Battery Swap Services

摘要


物聯網技術在最近這幾年蓬勃發展,帶動不少的創新設計機會。本研究聚焦在產品服務系統如何因引入物聯網技術而產生創新設計,建議一套設計步驟,以供運用。這套建議的設計步驟植基於圖形化服務設計方法的基礎上,經由改進擴充,並納入一準行動者新概念,突顯物聯網技術在服務設計中的角色,然後提出產生創新設計的七個步驟,期使產品服務系統設計者在考慮採用物聯網技術時,能有可參照的實用步驟。過程中以電動機車的電池交換服務系統為例,展示如何運用本方法解決問題,增強服務效果,藉助Gogoro服務設計的部分資料做範例,演示所建議的步驟成果,說明此建議方法的實用性。

Service design is expected to be affected extensively by the fast growing application of internet of things (IoT) technologies. This study focuses on the design method for product service systems while IoT technologies are seriously considered for service improvement. A novel design method is proposed based on mapping design methods. A new concept of pseudo actors and a seven-step procedure are introduced to highlight the potential roles and contribution of IoT technologies in designing new service systems. An illustrative example of battery swap service systems for electric scooters is presented at the end with some existing information from the service provider, Gogoro. The improvement of services by incorporating IoT technologies on scooters, charging stations, and batteries can be visualized and analyzed in this method. Some tips and advices for using the proposed method are also presented.
