建構大學校院設計類科教師教學品質量表

The Development of a Scale to Evaluate the Teaching Quality for University of Design Department

摘要


教師是課程與實施教學的靈魂人物,因此如何建立有效的教學評量工具,讓教師可以透過教學評量的回饋機制,協助教師檢視教學成效,以促進整體教學品質之提升是重要的。本研究之研究目的即是編制大學校院設計類科的教師教學品質量表,作為大學校院設計類科教師教學品質改善之利器。本研究採質量並行的方法分為四階段來執行,第一階段進行專家訪談,並將訪談內容整理成量表題項;第二階段使用模糊德菲法來凝聚專家共識;第三階段運用探索性因素分析檢測量表的建構效度;第四階段以驗證性因素分析驗證量表的信效度。研究結果顯示教學品質量表分為四大構面,分別是「教學專業能力」、「教學價值」、「班級互動」與「組織與清晰」,共19個題項。

They are the sole persons involved in both curriculum design and instruction. The provision of efficient teaching evaluation tools and feedback mechanism could help them to review their teaching results so that the entire quality of teaching could be enhanced. The aim of this study is to create a teaching quality scale for instructors of design departments in colleges and universities. Employing tools with reliability and validity could improve their teaching quality. This research includes four steps: 1. Experts were interviewed and their conclusions were listed in the scale; 2. The FDM was used to integrate their common views, while the inappropriate items were deleted; 3. EFA was applied to examine the construct validity of the scale and 4. CFA was used to verify its reliability and validity. In the study's results four facets in 19 items were found: professional teaching competence, teaching value, classroom interaction, and organization/clarity, respectively.
