基於藍芽區域網路實現一對多節點電能訊號量測設計

Implementation of the Multipoint Energy Data Measurement based on Bluetooth 4.0 BLE

摘要


本文提出基於藍芽4.0區域網路通訊技術,以低功耗、無線傳輸技術實現一對多連線,建立資料的連結,並利用低成本微處理器整合手持行動裝置,實現遠端多節點監控系統。一般對於精密機具的工具以鉤錶和電錶最為常見,這些檢測工具量測過程常受限於距離、線材纏繞與線徑大小的問題,如果要檢測多節點是更為困難,必須要有數個檢測儀器同時進行量測,作為整體線路的監控是非常凌亂不容易整合。本系統利用藍芽4.0低功號BLE技術實現遠端即時監控多節點電能狀態,使用者只要透過智慧監控平台就能快速取得數據,減少人為操作達到省時省力之概念。

In this paper, a multipoint energy data collector based on Bluetooth 4.0 communication with low power and high speed features is proposed. It has integrated a low power microprocessor system and the smart device to remote the multipoint energy monitor system. Multimeter and current meter are the most common tools when measuring the energy data of precision CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and home appliances. The proposed system can not only collect multipoint current measurements or energy data using the wireless communication technique, but also support temperature calibration based the characterization of the removable hall current sensor. Moreover, engineers can easily maintain the proposed intelligent monitor platform and save human operation resources.
