泉州橋南聚落與建築形式表達研究

橋南聚落地處泉州府北上之交通要道，北鄰洛陽江出海口，背靠清源山。聚落為閩南典型紅磚古厝、洋樓及石頭構造建築，其構成了橋南聚落主要紋理樣態，洛陽橋為南北交流的經貿與文化紐帶，橋南聚落為泉州具有豐富的傳統文化印記與南遷文脈傳承之載體。然泉州近年來經濟重心與交通要道轉移，橋南聚落經濟發展受限，以致人口流失，傳統建築破敗，聚落內部格局被侵蝕，並逐漸走向消亡。2021年洛陽橋申遺成功，遺產周遭人文與環境之永續發展成為世界遺產保存之重要課題。本文針對橋南聚落之歷史背景、社會形態、空間環境、聚落佈局与建築形式深入調查，並透過與金門瓊林聚落及建築進行比較研究。藉由探析橋南聚落與建築之特徵與表現形式，為洛陽橋遺產腹地之聚落與建築保存提供基礎研究參考資料。

The Qiaonan settlement is located in the north of Quanzhou Province, the main traffic route to the north, adjacent to the outlet of the Luoyang River and backed by the Qingyuan Mountain. The settlement is a typical southern Fujian red-brick houses, houses and stone structures, which constitute the main texture of the Qiaonan settlement, Luoyang Bridge as the economic and cultural link between the north and the south, Qiaonan settlement for Quanzhou has a rich traditional cultural mark and the carriers of the southern migration. In recent years, however, the economic development of the Qiaonan settlement has been limited by the shift of economic gravity and transportation routes in Quanzhou, resulting in population loss, deterioration of traditional architecture, and erosion of the settlement's internal pattern, which is gradually becoming extinct. This paper investigates the historical background, social patterns, spatial environment, settlement layout, and architectural forms of the Qiaonan settlement, and compares it with the Jinmen Qionglin settlement and architecture. By analyzing the characteristics and expressions of the Qiaonan settlements and architecture, the study provides a basic research reference for the preservation of settlements and architecture in the hinterland of the Luoyang Bridge heritage.
