前牙即刻種植即刻修復回顧性研究

A retrospective study of immediate implant placement and loading in anterior zone

摘要

目的：比較即刻種植即刻負重和延期種植延期負重的美學效果。方法：回顧分析2012年7月～2019年11月89例上前種植牙患者資料，共101枚種植，其中即刻種植即刻負重組（為觀察組，n=55）和延期種植延期負重組（為對照組，n=34），用獨立樣本t檢驗比較兩組的粉紅美學評分（Pink Esthetic Score, PES）差異。結果：觀察組PES 12.9±0.9，對照組PES 12.0±1.5，兩組間的差距有統計學意義P<0.05。兩組的種植體成功率均為100%。結論：即刻種植即刻修復相對延期種植延期修復更有利於獲得短期的軟組織美學效果。

Objective: To compare aesthetic results of immediate implant placement and loading versus delayed implant placement and loading in the anterior zone. Methods: From July 2012 to November 2019, the data of 89 patients with anterior dental implants were retrospectively analyzed, including immediate implant placement and loading (for the observation group, n=55) and delayed implantation and loading (for the control group, n=34). The PES differences between the two groups were compared using the independent samples t-test. Results: The PES of the observation group was 12.9±0.9, PES of the control group was 12.0±1.5. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups P<0.05. The implant success rate was 100% in both groups. Conclusion: Immediate implant placement and loading can achieve a better short-term soft tissue aesthetic outcome than delayed implant placement and loading.
