中高齡者失智症家庭照顧者的失智症資訊APP介面設計之研究

台灣目前已是高齡化社會，根據衛生福利部資料顯示，台灣在2061年失智症人口將逾88萬人，平均每百位高齡者中會有超過五位失智症患者，調查指出失智症患者之家庭照顧者平均年齡以中高齡者為大宗，而近年來中高齡者對智慧型手機的使用日漸普及，本研究逾探究中高齡使用者對失智症資訊APP介面之需求，以文獻及相關資料初步了解，中高齡的失智症家庭照顧者相關需求，選擇兩款現有APP，以典型任務搭配放聲思考法進行使用性測試，受訪者為居住於高雄市五位中高齡使用者。根據研究結果發現，現有APP有以下幾個使用性問題：（1）專有名詞令使用者產生混淆、（2）導覽列方式不友善、（3）分層機制不完整、（4）用詞令受測者容易混淆。

Taiwan is currently an aging society. According to data from the Taiwan Ministry of Health and Welfare, it will have more than 880,000 people with dementia in 2061. On average, there will be more than five dementia patients per 100 elderly people, the data also pointed out that the average age of family caregivers of patients with dementia is mainly middle-aged and elderly people. In recent years, the use of smartphones by middle-aged and elderly people has increased. This research has explored the needs of middle-aged and elderly users for the user interface of dementia information APP. Based on the literature review and preliminary understanding of the relevant needs of the middle-aged and the elderly family caregivers of the patient with dementia, there are two existing apps were selected to conduct usability tests with typical tasks and thinking aloud. The respondents were five middle-aged and elderly users who live in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. As the results, it is found that the two existing APP have the following usability problems: (1) the users confused by the proper nouns, (2) the navigation bar is not friendly, (3) the layering mechanism is incomplete, (4) The words make users confused.
