跨領域的創新與融合—談臺灣傳統戲曲在文化創意產業中的永續發展

世界著名的文化創意產業與地方文化之發展，無一不是從其傳統文化的內涵與資源轉換之後再出發，融入時代的創意與藝術以求發展。「文化產業」是國家經濟發展以及社會生活品質提升的重要關鍵因素。因此，不論是官方或民間，皆應致力於文化產業的推動。本研究除了對臺灣傳統戲曲過去的發展脈絡，進行了相關文獻材料的梳理之外，亦對傳統戲曲的表演藝術團體之活動生態、困境進行討論與分析。在戲曲的發展部份，諸多不同領域之學者、專家們都有其想法，本研究站在巨人肩膀上，提出筆者之觀點，將臺灣傳統戲曲視為文化創意產業的一個重要組成，配合政府預算編列與文化的政策發展，結合現代的組織管理思維，在現今的時代中，對此議題的未來發展提出了另一個面向的思考。筆者期盼能與所有戲曲工作者一起努力，在劇團經營、管理方法、觀念認知、實務及做為上，進行創新與突破。冀望臺灣傳統戲曲在未來能永續地發展、再現往昔風華，使其能成為文化創意產業中最獨特，最讓人引以為傲的文化力量。

The development of world-famous cultural and creative industries and local culture is based on the transformation of traditional cultural connotations and resources, and integrates into the eras creativity and art for development. "Culture industry" is an important key factor for the countrys economic development and the improvement of the quality of social life. Therefore, both the official and the folk should be committed to promoting the cultural industry. In addition to sorting out the past development context of Taiwanese traditional operas, this study also discusses and analyzes the activities ecology and dilemma of the performing arts groups of traditional operas. In the development of opera, many scholars and experts in different fields have their own ideas. This research stands on the shoulders of giants and puts forward the authors point of view. Taiwans traditional opera is regarded as an important part of the cultural and creative industry, in line with the government budget. Orchestration and cultural policy development, combined with modern organizational management thinking, in the present era, another aspect of thinking about the future development of this issue is proposed. I look forward to working with all opera workers to make innovations and breakthroughs in the companys management, management methods, concept awareness, practice and practice. It is hoped that Taiwanese traditional opera will continue to develop in the future and reproduce the past glory, so that it can become the most unique and proud cultural force in the cultural creative industry.
