自傳劇運用在青年培力工作之成效研究

The application of autobiographical drama in youth empowerment

摘要


本研究旨在探索戲劇治療自傳劇工作方法在臺灣社區工作之培力實踐經驗與影響。自傳劇自2004年開始運用於臺灣高風險家庭青少年工作,本研究以臺灣戲劇復原力協會之「青年遊俠自傳劇培力方案」為例,透過質化深度訪談協會工作者、戲劇治療工作者、及青少年時期具參與自傳劇工作或高風險家庭經驗之青年成員,分享其自傳劇之創作、展演與人才培力的歷程經驗與反思,萃取本土在自傳劇培力工作的作法與影響。本研究統整自傳劇培力方案四階段工作坊之具體作法,勾勒出由虛擬劇場創作進入真實生命故事整理的動態歷程,進而透過自傳劇展演開啟與社會對話的可能。本研究發現方案參與者在自傳劇培力過程中,得以一同體驗到說出自我邊緣的故事、聽見他者差異的存有、走入彼此心理的世界、豐富美感的經驗、並進而發現生命的多元出口。藉由自傳劇培力方案的陶成,參與者能將自我邊緣的生命經驗轉化為現實生活動力,由過往的受助者走向負傷的治療者的社會實踐。青年遊俠自傳劇培力方案強調以「青年」帶領「青少年」的夥伴關係爲基礎,以自傳劇作爲方法的方案操作方式,可作為未來相關實務發展與運用討論之基礎。

This study focuses on how autobiographical drama as one of dramatherapeutic approaches impact community work in Taiwan. Autobiographical drama has been applied in a field of teenagers from high-risk families since 2004. This study takes "The Young Ranger Project" practiced by Taiwan Drama Resilience Association as an example. This is a qualitative research and it attempt to reflect on the process of creating and performing autobiographical drama Through several in depth interviews with the staff from Taiwan Drama Resilience Association, dramatherapists and youth who had produced their own autobiographical drama, it is expected to show a local influence over training autobiographical drama profession. The study reflects on four stages of autobiographical drama workshop in order to show how a fictional theatrical production guides people explore their life story which can be performed on stage and have a potential debate on a specific issue with the society. This research finds out that through this journey of autobiographical drama workshop, those participants has experienced telling their unheard story, noticing the difference between each other, walking into other's internal world, enrich aesthetical experience and finding a way out of struggles in life. Furthermore, after engaging in this project, those participants are anticipated to transform their traumatic experiences into a power which enables them to be a wounded healer in the society. "The Young Ranger Project" focuses on an autobiographical drama approach which is based on a partnership between young adults and teenagers. As this project is practiced like a social casework, it can be reference for related fields have further discussion about how to develop and practice in the future.
