高齡者交通安全教育宣導教材之設計成效探討

摘要


台灣高齡化程度愈趨明顯,高齡駕駛的比例迅速增加,根據內政部警政署統計,高齡者交通事故以普通重型機車所占比例最高,除了從法規面及道路設施上減少事故發生率,更應該透過加強教育宣導,從根本改善駕駛人的行車觀念。為了解高齡者對於交通安全教育的知識,以及高齡者交通安全宣講教材之成效,本研究利用交通部「高齡者交通安全教育-路老師培訓宣講計畫」實際執行交通安全宣講,透過問卷調查教案之成效,以高雄市高齡者為調查對象,共計發放87份問卷,根據問卷前後測分析,發現教案之成效並無顯著性,交通安全宣講之內容可能無法有效傳遞給高齡者,因此本研究針對高齡者交通安全教育教材提出相關建議,提供未來設計時的參考,藉以提升教材設計之品質。

Taiwan's aging is becoming more and more obvious, and the proportion of elderly drivers is rapidly increasing. According to statistics from the National Police Agency, Ministry of the Interior, the proportion of elderly people in traffic accidents is the highest in ordinary heavy motorcycles. In addition to reducing the accident rate from the legal aspects and road facilities, more It is necessary to strengthen education and publicity to fundamentally improve the driving concept of drivers. In order to understand the knowledge of the elderly on traffic safety education and the effectiveness of the elderly's traffic safety teaching materials, this study used the Ministry of Transport's "Traffic Safety Education for Seniors-Road Teacher Training and Presentation Program" to actually implement the traffic safety publicity and survey the teaching plans through questionnaires A total of 87 questionnaires were distributed to senior citizens in Kaohsiung City. Based on the analysis of the questionnaire, it was found that the effectiveness of the teaching plan was not significant, and the content of traffic safety preaching could not be effectively transmitted to the senior citizens. Therefore, this study is aimed at the senior citizens. The traffic safety education textbooks provide relevant suggestions and provide references for future design, so as to improve the quality of the textbook design.
