随着元宇宙概念的兴起和数字人技术的创新,数字人逐渐成为未来教育体系的核心组成部分。人工智能生成内容等技术的推动,让数字人呈现情感化发展趋势,拥有情感智能、泛在陪伴、多模交互和自主演化等关键特征。立足于人本主义教学理念、社会化调节学习过程、沉浸式学习体验和具身化学习环境等学习科学理论,数字人技术在体现智情双驱、扩展能力边界和弥合数字鸿沟等方面彰显教育价值。通过对十个教育场景中数字人角色的分析,构建了数字人教育应用实践框架,明确其关键应用领域,并探讨数字人的可用性评估、互动设计、叙事设计和循证导向策略。在元宇宙时代,数字人将推动教育主体关系重塑,为智慧教育生态和教育治理注入新能量,并为数字人技术在教育领域的应用和教育元宇宙的持续发展提供了前沿理论探索。
With the rise of the concept of the metaverse and innovation in digital human technology, digital humans are gradually becoming a core component of the future education system. With the promotion of artificial intelligence-generated content and other technologies, it allows digital humans to present a development trend of emotional design. It has the key characteristics of emotional intelligence, ubiquitous companionship, multimodal interaction, and autonomous evolution. Based on humanistic teaching concept, socialized learning process, immersive learning experience and embodied learning environment and other scientific theories of learning, digital human technology has demonstrated its educational value in reflecting the dual drive of intelligence and emotion, expanding the boundary of ability and bridging the digital divide. By analyzing digital human roles in ten educational scenarios, the article constructs a practical framework for digital human education applications, identifies key application areas, and explores the usability evaluation, interactive design, narrative design, and evidence-based strategies of digital humans. In the era of the metaverse, digital humans will promote the reshaping of the educational subject relationships and inject new energy into the intelligent education ecosystem and educational governance. This paper presents cutting-edge theoretical exploration for the application of digital human technology in the education field and the continuous development of the education metaverse.
