從空間轉向論「九二共識」在兩岸關係中的建構展演
On the Constructive Performance of the "1992 Consensus" in Cross-Strait Relations from Spatial Turn
Abstracts
本文旨透過「空間轉向」的研究途徑，在兩岸關係的再生產過程中導入空間的分析性概念，反思以空間作為分析兩岸關係發展的框架，並以空間意識對兩岸空間重構的路徑依賴進行再詮釋；同時，藉由「社會－空間視角」和展演理論來詮釋自2008年馬英九總統執政時提出以「九二共識」作為推動兩岸關係的論述基礎之後，長期來兩岸雙方在空間實踐的賽局上所呈現的空間戰略部署和空間戰術運用的對峙與周旋。基本上，本文將兩岸關係概念化為空間體系，視兩岸關係的空間敘事乃係由多重地景文本所共構交織而成的論述網絡，因而兩岸雙方均可從中找尋各種可能的論述文本與展演戲目，惟其空間再現的敘事軸線仍然圍繞在「一個中國」這個核心概念的解構或建構展演。也因此，「九二共識」乃成為兩岸國、共雙方再現跨兩岸空間的展演戲目，並試圖建構一個兩岸化空間體系，惟在兩岸的空間再現與再現空間的政治化過程中，兩岸當局在「九二共識」上的展演一度成為兩岸空間尺度重構的一種建構機制，而在這個準制度性場域中，兩岸的空間性轉型逐漸走向「再內地化」，但這對臺灣而言卻背離了空間正義的精神。
Parallel abstracts
Through the research approach of "spatial turn", this paper aims to introduces the analytic concept of space in the process of reproduction of Cross-Strait relations, reflects how space as a framework for analyzing the development of Cross-Strait relations, and reinterpret the path dependence of Cross-Strait spatial reconstruction with "spatial consciousness". Meanwhile, through the "soci-spatial perspective" and theory of performativity to explain the confrontation and deal between the two sides in the spatial strategies deployment and spatial tactics application that have been presented in the spatial practice game for a long time since President Ma Ying-jeou proposed the "1992 Consensus" as the basis of the discourse for promoting Cross-Strait relations in 2008. Basically, this paper conceptualized the Cross-Strait relations as a spatial system, considering the spatial narratives of the relationship between the two sides is the "discursive networks" which is co-constructed by the multi-landscape texts, so both sides can find all kinds of possible discourse text and performative repertoire, but the narrative axis of the representations of space still revolves around the core concept of "one China". As a result, the "1992 Consensus" has become a performative repertoire of the trans-Cross-Straits space of representation by two sides authorities, and tries to construct a Cross-Straitization space system, but in the process of the politicization of the representations of space and space of representation, and how to perform the "1992 Consensus" in two sides authorities that has become a constructive mechanism for the reconstruction of the spatial scale of the two sides, and in this quasi-institutional field, the Cross-Strait spatiality transformation has been gradually trending towards "remainlandization". But for Taiwan, however, it deviates from the spirit of spatial justice.
