學校實習心理師的倫理挑戰

The Ethical Challenges of School Internship Psychologists

摘要


本文旨在探討實習心理師在國中環境所面臨的倫理挑戰,包括涉及保密、多重關係以及與學校系統合作的問題。研究參與者為正在國中進行兼職實習的實習心理師,研究者採用質性研究法,透過研究者本身經驗及訪談題目等研究工具,進行非結構式的深度訪談,以蒐集受訪者在實習場域自然發生之經驗。後將訪談逐字稿歸納、統整,並加以分析。分析結果顯示實習心理師面臨三個倫理困境,包括:(一)保密:口頭約定知後同意之有效性、回應導師索取學生資訊之要求,以及通知家長之責任歸屬。(二)多重關係:跨越角色界線、心理師與團體諮商成員關係之轉換。(三)分工合作:主責區塊與價值理解不同。針對本研究案例的倫理挑戰,提出因應策略:(一)遵守法規和守則,奉行諮商倫理核心精神。(二)以維護未成年當事人最佳利益為優先考量。(三)校園輔導工作採積極合作取向。結論:諮商倫理的理論與現實執行狀況之間存在落差,實習心理師藉由實務淬鍊和經驗累積,可彌補諮商養成教育之不足及鋪墊日後精進之基礎。

This paper aims to investigate the ethical challenges encountered by internship psychologists in the junior high school environment, including issues related to confidentiality, multiple relationships, and collaboration with the school system. The participants in this study are internship psychologists currently engaged in part-time internships in junior high schools. The researcher employed a qualitative research approach, utilizing tools such as the researcher's own experiences and interview questions to conduct unstructured, in-depth interviews, thereby collecting the naturally occurring experiences of the interviewees in the internship setting. Subsequently, interview verbatim transcripts were summarized, integrated, and analyzed. The analysis results reveal that internship psychologists face three ethical dilemmas, including: (1) Confidentiality: the effectiveness of verbal agreements and informed consent, responding to mentor' requests for student information, and the responsibility for notifying parents. (2) Multiple relationships: crossing role boundaries, transitioning relationships between psychologists and group counseling members. (3) Collaborative work: differences in primary responsibilities and understanding of values. This study proposes strategies to deal with ethical dilemmas: (1) Adhering to regulations and codes, upholding the core principles of counseling ethics. (2) Prioritizing the best interests of underage parties. (3) Adopting a proactive collaborative approach in campus counseling work. In conclusion, there exists a gap between the theory of counseling ethics and its practical implementation. Internship psychologists, through practical experience and accumulated knowledge, can compensate for deficiencies in counseling education and lay the groundwork for future improvement.
