摘要

國際化的浪潮沖淡了國際與國內市場的分際，以國際貿易為重的臺灣，台灣 各產業不僅要考慮如何去適應，也要想一想，如何有所做為。隨著經濟發展，國 際組織逐漸成型，臺灣業者如何因應? 對外有國際化的壓力，對內有市場縮小成 長趨緩的困境，臺灣的產業必須調整及轉型，我們必須從單點突破式的游擊傘兵 戰(一卡皮箱式國際貿易走遍天下)而轉變為全面營運正規軍陣地戰(國際企業 打組織行銷)，因而，如何針對國外投資區位選擇?公司內部資源有限的難題下， 如何制定成長、產品策略保有競爭力及成長?
本研究以化纖業國際化策略之選擇為主軸，以 A 公司對外投資越南為例，說 明產業遭遇優勢逐漸失利，甚至面臨國際經貿地位邊緣化危機，如何尋找適合的 發展模式，從既有的市場以外，選擇新興的東協國家，執行「換軌戰略」 ，再創成長第 二曲線。要如何提升東協市場的重要性，也是 A 公司的課題之一。未來專業人才 的在地化及避免潛在的投資成本的增加，也是該公司必須檢視的。

The imternationalization have impact our thinking, living and diluties the boundaries of international and domestic markets. How we going to face it ? What will be our strategy to keep competitiveness of global struggle? In face internationalization, we have to reduce import duties, release many import/export stricition, no quota, gradually give up protection of local weak industries,...!
The research conclusion found out that FDI is not only to find a place but also how to operate. What kind of resources and products-market combination we are gping to use will decide our growth and profit. And, the international community, such as FTA/RCEP/PTT/... will accelerating the relationship between P.R.C. with ASEAN country perhaps including the rest of world, that will affect us drmatical.
How we choice FDI country? What are our products and growth planning? The cost down will be the only purpose of FDI? How to training local staff also will be important in future. And, how to avoid political, fincial cost during cultural barriers and/or internal mistakes.
