賽車座椅背後撞擊測試與分析

摘要


本研究主要針對複合材料所製作的賽車座椅強度進行分析,依據國際賽車協會對於賽車座椅背後撞擊測試的要求,設法改善賽車座椅強度。利用有限元素分析軟體ABAQUS進行模擬分析,瞭解原賽車座椅在撞擊發生時所能承受的加速度狀態為何,再分別透過將座椅均勻加厚以及局部補強的方式提高其強度,並比較此兩種方式的優劣。結果此兩種方式均能有效提高強度;不過在重量方面,以均勻加厚方式會提高座椅重量約三倍之多,故使用局部補強較為適合。但局部補強亦有局部厚度太厚的缺點,可以使用其他強度更高的材料進行局部補強改善之。

This research is about strength analyses of the competition seats which were made by composite materials. In order to meet the standard of the rear impact tests required by FIA (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile), we tried to improve the strength of the competition seats. By using the finite element analysis software, ABAQUS, for simulation, the more detailed information of the acceptable acceleration of the seats would be obtained. Moreover, we increased the thickness of the seats both uniformly and locally to see if the strength of the seats will be raised. From the experiment mentioned above, both of the change increased the strength of the seats. To take weight factors into consideration, it is better to increase the thickness locally other than uniformly even though it will increase the local thickness as well. However, the thickness problems will be easily solved by replacing more strengthened materials for the seats.
