Even there is no binding contract between countries in terms of environmental issues, providing a solution to these problems ranked first among governmental agendas; without exemption. In Turkey, today many legal regulations regarding waste have been created within the framework of EU harmonization laws, and the issue has been discussed with plans and programs. However, it will be difficult to say that the regulations have been implemented effectively, especially in terms of applicability and localization. As result, collected food waste in Turkey reached over 32 million tons in 2018. The current waste treatment system has enormous social and environmental impacts and consequences, from climate change to food wastes. Therefore, this business plan is to focus on the innovative waste treatment platform application that will enable Sustainable Cities and a Circular Economy in the Turkish Market. One of the main reasons may be the food waste should have been composted or recycled – not sent to directly landfill and/or incineration. The goal is to promote this establishment into the Turkish market, due to advanced waste management technology may be an alternative to the traditional way of landfilling and incineration.
