The purpose of this research is to understand the distribution of population around the nuclear plant 1 and plant 2 both in the daytime and in the nighttime by analyzing the global spatial autocorrelation and the local spatial autocorrelation. According to the survey, we found that a cluster of population existing in some areas around the nuclear plant 1 and plant 2. Therefore, we display the visualization of these clustering areas by GIS and local spatial autocorrelation in order to understand the exact distribution of population in an area. This is much beneficial to urban planning, transportation planning, the establishment of precaution against natural calamities, the control of an epidemic disease, the development of the business and so on.
