探討集換式卡牌遊戲玩家之參與行為及態度-以繁中版PTCG為例

摘要


集換式卡片遊戲(Trading Card Game)是一種參與者能在制定的規則下,利用由廠商所推出的多種卡片種類去組成牌組與他人面對面互動交流的遊戲。而過去的研究於該領域仍相當鮮少,更多是聚焦在與桌遊相關的議題上,但兩者不管在官方的銷售型態及玩家的參與情形皆有相當程度的差異,也應不能混為一談。故本研究將透過在2019年發售並在台灣大紅大紫的繁中版寶可夢集換式卡牌遊戲的玩家作為例子,以描述性研究法及問卷調查法歸納出集換式卡牌遊戲玩家於參與此項休閒時所展現的相關行為及態度展現。 於本研究中,兩階段問卷發放皆以繁中版寶可夢集換式卡牌遊戲的玩家做為主要研究對象,並回收了質化 198 份、量化 1448 份的有效問卷,從中發現了玩家們主要以「男性」為主(超過九成);並大多數是在是在 13 到 35 歲之間(超過九成);職業別部分則大約有一半是「學生」等明顯的參與者輪廓。再者,本論文探討了TCG玩家們於加入該項休閒活動的契機以及持續參與或潛在退出的主要原因,並分析玩家於集換式卡牌遊戲中有關的各面向議題,展現了整體族群於其中的看法及認同程度。以此給予於TCG產業內的廠商及玩家們相關的建議及意見參考。

Trading card game is a type of game where participants can use a variety of cards launched by official manufacturers to form decks and interact face-to-face with others under the rules established. In the past, research in this area is still quite scarce, and it is more focused on issues related to table games, but the two actually are quite different regardless of the official sales type and player participation. Therefore, this study will use the descriptive research method and questionnaire survey method to discuss the relevant behaviors and attitudes of the card game players when participating in this type of leisure with the example of players who play the traditional Chinese version of the Pokémon trading card game released in 2019 in Taiwan. In this study, the two-stage questionnaire are issued to the players of the traditional Chinese version of Pokémon trading card game as the main research object, and 198 qualitative and 1448 quantitative valid questionnaires were collected. The Pokémon TCG players were found they are mainly "male" (over 90%); most of them are between 13 and 35 years old (over 90%); about half of occupations are "students", these obvious participant profiles such as. In addition, this paper explores why the TCG players join the leisure and the main reasons for their continued participation or potential quit, and analyzes the various aspects of the players in the trading card game, showing the overall group in their views and degree of approval. This is to give relevant suggestions and opinions to officials and players in the TCG industry.
