奈米銀陣列增強式拉曼光譜基板的熱點空間分佈及時間響應之探討

摘要


表面增強式拉曼訊號的增強強度會隨著陽極氧化鋁基板上的奈米銀粒子間距縮小而增加。拉曼影像系統提供光譜系統無法得到的空間分佈。藉由拍攝表面增強式拉曼影像,得知隨著奈米銀粒子間距縮小表面增強式拉曼訊號強度的增加主要來自於『熱點』的貢獻以及熱點在空間上為隨機分佈。由『熱點』訊號的時間響應得知『熱點』可分為spike及step兩類。拉曼影像系統提供省時的方法取得拉曼訊號的空間分佈,使其很適合運用在生物方面的量測。

Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) enhancement becomes higher with decreasing of interparticle gaps between silver-nanoparticles on Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO) substrates. The Raman imaging system provides spatial distribution which the Raman spectrum system doesn’t have. The SERS images show that the strong enhancement comes mostly from the appearance of hot-spots and these hot-spots are random distributed. The temporal response of hot-spots shows that there are two modes, spike and step, of hot-spots. The Raman imaging system provides a time-saving method to get the spatial distribution of Raman signal, which facilitates the use for biological sensing applications.
