高溫再生之週期式全熱交換器性能研究

Performance Investigation of the Periodic Operative Total Heat Exchanger with High Temperature Regeneration

摘要


本研究使用高溫再生式全熱交換器配合週期式運轉以及結合熱泵進行操作,設計完整的實驗方法與流程來探討系統性能,並且模擬夏季高溫高濕外氣條件下測試蜂巢式矽膠、矽膠填充床以及氧化鋁填充床三種除濕原件的吸附與脫附能力,並分析含水量和顯熱、潛熱有效度於系統中的變化。實驗參數為使用高溫再生方式、更改全熱交換器擺放以及改變填充床厚度探究週期時間對吸附材料的影響。 基礎性能測試中,氧化鋁填充床有最高的吸附能力,蜂巢式矽膠有最佳的脫附能力,矽膠填充床吸附與脫附能力相當。 週期式運轉中,三種吸附材料的顯熱有效度皆隨時間增加而下降,蜂巢式矽膠有效度最高為84.8%,矽膠填充床為69.6%,氧化鋁填充床則為57.1%;潛熱有效度方面有隨時間增加而上升的趨勢,其中蜂巢式矽膠在五分鐘有最高的潛熱有效度74.2%、矽膠填充床在八分鐘有最高潛熱有效度70.0%以及氧化鋁在二十分鐘週期有最高有效度55.4%,另外在不同厚度下矽膠飽和填充床與乾燥狀態填充床重量比值約為1.08。 垂直式全熱交換器與水平擺放之系統性能相同,使用較薄的填充床厚度的顯熱有效度會下降,但潛熱有效度提高。在10坪室內空間實際操作過程中,全熱交換器可除濕約2g/kg的絕對濕度。

This research presents an experimental study of moist air dehumidification system developing different desiccant materials, and incorporates regenerative total heat exchanger with periodic flow. Heat and mass exchanger that utilize honey-comb type of silica, silica gel and active alumina packed-bed have been considered as possibilities, in addition to discussing the effect of vertical total heat exchanger and thinned packed-bed. This study provides adsorption/desorption characteristics of desiccant materials and the system is well instrumented to measure the inlet and outlet air parameters during the experiments. It found out that active alumina packed-bed has the highest value of adsorption rate while honey-comb type of silica has the best desorption rate. During periodic operations, the performance features of the sensible heat effectiveness of all kinds of desiccant materials decay as the time increased. Honey-comb type of silica has the highest value 84.8%. The highest value of silica gel is 69.6% but 57.1% for active alumina packed-bed. In the case of latent heat effectiveness, honey-comb type of silica has the highest value 74.2% at 5 minute. Silica gel packed-bed has the highest value 70.0% at 8 minute yet active alumina packed-bed has highest value 55.4% at 20 minute. Whether the laid way of total heat exchanger is vertical or horizontal, it not affects the result of experiment. The thinner packed-bed has the lower sensible heat effectiveness but higher latent heat effectiveness. In practical operation at 10 ping room, the total heat exchanger dehumidifies 2 humidity ratio.
