This paper presents an electromagnetic induction generator. Voltage generated by electromagnetic induction coil is attributed to linear motion in a magnetic field. Power from electromagnetic induction generator is transferred by harvest circuit to the energy storage device. The whole harvester circuit includes rectifiers and DC to DC converter. A boost converter is used in this paper. The function of boost converter could raise voltage so that the voltage of generator will reach to operating voltage of energy storage device. In order to make optimum output power, optimum impedance between power generator and boost converter is considered. The boost converter is equivalent to a resistor to match the coil. In addition, the energy consumption of each electronic component of the boost converter is considered in this paper to enhance its efficiency.
