企業雲端服務營運模式探索性研究

摘要

雲端運算近年來在媒體與國際大廠一連串的報導與推廣下，已被視為未來技術重要發展趨勢。國際研究機構Gartner預測雲端運算將是未來最重要的策略性技術，整體市場產值於2013年達到1,500億美元規模，Fortune 1000中更將有80%的企業將於2012年採用雲端運算服務。龐大的潛在商機，搭配如微軟、Google、IBM等國際大廠相繼宣布將投入雲端市場，使各國政府也注意雲端產業可能帶來的經濟效應。
面臨國際大廠與國內供應端雲端供應商積極投入，需求端市場是否已準備好採用雲端服務，或是處於觀望階段? 面對供應端雲端產業提供的服務，是否可以滿足需求端市場的業務需求，並提供高效率及低成本之服務? 台灣雲端服務商如何因應，成為發展企業雲端服務領域重要的課題。
本研究係以質性實務研究為主，選擇台灣企業雲端服務需求，採用零售批發服務業為研究標的，透過專家訪談與問卷蒐集，試圖了解企業未來考慮在哪些業務流程採用雲端管理模式，與採用雲端服務的關鍵因素。且進一步針對未來企業雲端市場擬定營運發展模式，作為雲端服務商未來發展策略擬定之參考。

Cloud computing has be recognized as an important technology evolution trend in recent years. International Research Agency Gartner predicted that cloud computing will be one of the most important strategic technologies in future, and the overall market will reach 1,500 billion-dollar in 2013. Moreover, more than 80% of the enterprises of Fortune 1000 will migrate to cloud environment in 2012. The huge amount of business opportunities has drawn numerous international companies, such as Microsoft, Google, IBM, to join the cloud market.

While various cloud services provided by major international companies and domestic service providers are available on the market is the demand-side ready to adopt cloud services or still wait-and-see? Is the cloud solution able to fulfill requirements from the demand-side? Can the cloud service meet the efficient and low-cost goal? What clouding strategies for Taiwan cloud service providers should follow? The above questions are important topics for developing the cloud business for enterprises.

This study conducts a qualitative research on collecting Taiwan SME requirements to help implementing cloud solution for retail and wholesale industries. Business survey was conducted to reveal the tendency of enterprises migrate to cloud systems, to identify the key factors for adopting cloud services. This research therefore provides a reference guideline for cloud services providers to develop their sky business.
