摘要

隨著科技的不斷進步，智慧型裝置已經越來越普及；也因為運算能力的提升，許多智慧型裝置的應用也漸漸的深入民眾的生活各個層面，而其中自然語言界面的需求也越來越強烈。而在自然語言介面中，在應用裝置切換到各種領域時，領域適應性的議題是一個重要的挑戰。我們在本篇論文設計了一個自然語言介面的系統架構，結合語意知識以及世界知識來解決領域適應性的問題。只要我們給定一個目標領域的知識庫以及定義好的功能頁框，我們就可以利用這樣的架構，快速的建立起自然語言處理介面的系統。而我們嘗試實際建立一個中文的隨選視訊自然語言介面，並利用這個系統來進行檢索、測試效能。最後，我們利用此系統來實驗對話互動的過程，最後測試何種對話策略能得到最佳的使用者體驗。

Nowadays, natural language interfaces (NLIs) show strong demands on various smart devices from wearable devices, cell phones, televisions, to vehicles. Domain adaptation becomes one of the major challenging issues to sup-port the applications on different domains. In this paper, we propose a frame-work of domain-adaptable NLIs to integrate linguistic knowledge and world knowledge. Given a knowledge base of a target domain and the function definition of a target smart device, the corresponding NLI system is developed un-der the framework. In the experiments, we demonstrate a Chinese NLI system for a video on demand (VOD) service. Finally, we use this system to test the retrieval performance and find out which dialogue strategy is best for user experience.
