液柱噴流於垂直碰撞固體平面所形成之液頁流場之實驗研究

An Experimental Investigation of Fluid Sheets Flow Generated by Water Jets Impacting Solid Discs

摘要


本研究主要為延續Clanet【23】之研究,檢視典式理論在微小尺寸之適用性,本文研究方法以實驗結果與理論作比較,探討在室溫室壓下,微小純水液柱碰撞固體平面後所形成的液頁流場特性,試著從其所顯示的各式物理現象,推測出可能的物理原則,在Clanet【23】研究基礎下,改變外力方向和流體性質與其區別並探討。探討主題主要可分成三個部分: (1)微型尺寸與理論之比較 (2)改變外力方向所造成之影響 (3)改變流體性質對流場之影響 結果顯示(1) 本文使用之微型尺寸與理論對照符合;(2)重力對水鐘成型條件有重要 關聯性;(3)改變流體性質後,水鐘輪廓有顯著的改變。

The work is an experimental investigation of fluid sheets flow generated by laminar water jets impacting solid discs in atmosphere environment. The main work can be divided into three parts: (1) Whether classic theory can be used in micro scale water jets (2)The effect of gravity on the water bells (3)The effect of surface tension The results reveal that (1)classic theory can be used in micro scale water jets. (2)the effect of gravity can not be negative in the formation of water bells. (3)the effect of surface tension is a important characteristic in the shapes of water bells
