With the rapid growth of the elderly population, the prevalence of chronic diseases and dysfunctions will rise sharply, the Central Health Insurance Bureau in order to make the disease stable chronic diseases to reduce the frequency of the hospital, and promote chronic disease prescription system. Through understanding the health insurance system to understand Taiwan's chronic diseases in the health care system, so as to understand the chronic disease prescription drugs in this medical system processes and mechanisms. The role of health insurance prescription pharmacy is to provide chronic medical prescription drugs and health care high medical care program medical institutions. Health insurance system design, so that people can see the doctor after the doctor opened the prescription sign drug syndromes. This paper will discuss the health management system, the operation of the medical system, find out the successful operation mode of the prescription pharmacy, and hope that it can be used as a reference for the pharmacists who want to join the care of chronic diseases.
