本報導從大學綠建築著眼看台灣綠建築問題,試圖挖掘綠建築發展至今的潛在問題,看見台灣環境議題的嚴重性。 本報導共分為三個部分、六個章節。 前言與第一章剖析了綠建築興起背景,並帶領讀者了解為什麼此則報導需要以大學作為採訪目標,了解此議題的意義及重要性。 第二章到第五章則試圖從臺灣五所卓越的大學中,尋找綠建築好的例子。並讓讀者了解,不同學校、以及不同地理環境的優勢與劣勢,可能會影響綠建築的表現好壞。除此之外,也點出校園中「永續環境」維持的狀況,常常繫乎於少數主事者手上。 最後一個章節則為本報導的反思與結語,總結臺灣綠建築現階段的處境與樣貌,透過不同角色(學者、政府、業者、環保團體)的詮釋,理解到綠建築可以擁有更不一樣的選擇,也期待臺灣的環境議題,能更為社會大眾重視。
In order to understand and comprehend the problem of green buildings in Taiwan, this report aims at exploring the potential problems of green buildings in universities, trying to figure out the serious part of Taiwan’s environmental issues. This report is divided into three parts and six chapters. The preface and chapter 1 analyze the rise of green buildings, attempting to guide readers to understand why the report selects the green building in universities as interviewing targets. In this way, readers can realize the meaning and its significance of this issue. Chapter 2 to chapter 5 attempt to find out whether there’s any good example of green buildings in the 5 excellent universities of Taiwan. Since each university has its different geographic conditions, which might cause the pros and cons on the performance of green buildings. Moreover, this report will indicate the key point that the maintenance of campuses’ environment is often determined by a handful of superior departments. The last chapter is the reflection and conclusion of this report. It concludes the present plight and appearance of green buildings in Taiwan. Through different characters’ (scholars, the government, people engaged in the building trade, and environmental organizations) interpretation, we can understand that there are more choices for the green buildings. Still, we look forward to seeing Taiwan’s environmental issue going in the right direction, and hope it will be valued more by the public.
