摘要

近年青年創業的大浪驟起，台灣創業生態圈的概念越發受到重視，各界資源紛紛填補空位，讓創業青年不再是孤軍奮戰。透過深度訪談，本深度報導論文試圖藉由分析創業生態圈的組成要素，包括政府政策、創業社群的資源分享、創投募資與相關創業文化等，以了解青年創業面臨的外部條件。本深度報導論文也親身觀察及訪問當事人面對不同狀態下，如何應對及自處，使創業成果達到其設下的目標。

The concept of entrepreneurial ecosystem has become more and more popular in Taiwan. Not only does the government provide resources for entrepreneurs, but corporations also aim to help complete the ecosystem. The completeness of entrepreneurial ecosystem is important, especially for young entrepreneurs. Based on in-depth interviewing, this thesis focuses on whether the resources help young entrepreneurs to fulfill their business. In addition, by analyzing the fragments in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, such as policy, human capital, finance, and culture, it also points out problems that young entrepreneurs are faced with currently.
