掌性配基調控直線型金屬串四螺旋的掌性

摘要


近年來,立體化學的研究在各領域有許多的成果,特別在分子立體結構的排列位向之控制,其中對於螺旋結構的選擇性至今仍是相當感興趣的議題。螺旋結構因螺旋方向不同而有左旋和右旋兩種異構物,兩者互為鏡像異構物。此外,在本實驗室及Cotton實驗室致力研究的直線型多核金屬串(EMACs)是由四個多氮配基螺旋環繞著直線型金屬軸的錯合物,目前只有少部分利用物理方法成功分離出兩種立體異構物,尚未有成功利用掌性配基調控金屬串螺旋方向的研究。 因此,本論文利用常見的掌性官能基-樟腦,設計出兩個新穎的五氮掌性配基成功合成出單一掌性異構物的金屬串:以H2(

Chirality chemistry is the important and interesting subject recently. In the field, chirality control of helixes with the Δ (P) or Λ (M) form is interesting in various fields such as EMACs, in which the metal backbones are helically warped by four ligands. Up to now, there is no research on the helical control for EMACs through chiral ligands.
