本論文提出一種新型的微帶線帶通濾波器,是由兩個四分之一波長共振器組成,在這兩個共振器之間,引入另一個耦合電容,如此可以在高頻與低頻截止帶各產生一個衰減極點。把此架構稱之為分散集總式微帶線帶通濾波器,並且針對此濾波器的理論與實驗部分,做了詳細的研究。 由於分散集總式微帶線帶通濾波器,高頻與低頻的衰減極點距離通帶較遠,為了改善止帶的品質,做了一些修改,使高頻與低頻的衰減極點,都可以往通帶靠近,此衰減極點的理論,也經過實驗得到驗證。另外本論文也提供了幾種可以縮小此架構面積的方法,都可以有效的減少電路的大小。
In this study, a novel compact distributed-lumped microstrip bandpass filter composed of two quarter-wavelength resonators is proposed. By introducing an additional capacitive coupling between two quarter-wavelength resonators, two attenuation poles at upper and lower stopbands may be suitably inserted in a quarter-wavelength filter. The bandpass filters are carefully examined, theoretically and experimentally. For the distributed-lumped microstrip bandpass filter, the high-frequency and low-frequency attenuation poles are away from the passband. Therefore, to improve the performance in stopband, we make some modifications such that the high-frequency and low-frequency attenuation poles may more close to the passband. The theory proposed is verified through experiment results. In addition, this thesis also proposes some approaches which can reduce the filter size effectively.
