腹部聽診是臨床上較簡單的非侵入式診斷腸胃疾病的方法,由於醫師無法長時間對同一病人做腸音的聽診,且過去的系統只限於單一點的量測,所得腸音的資料不足以診斷整體腸部狀態。因此,本系統主要是發展一套多點腸音定位量測系統,瞭解腸部蠕動趨勢,對不同位置的腸音訊號進行記錄和比較的工作。 系統中類比電路部分:包括電容式麥克風感測器、前置放大器及帶通濾波器電路,濾波之後的訊號接到數位電路透過類比對數位轉換器及USB介面電路將數位化的腸音資料以USB傳送至電腦作儲存。 目前已經可以同時量取到四點的腸音訊號,提供長時間記錄的弁遄C同時能偵測出腸音頻率分布與特徵,而同一時間在各點所量取的腸音訊號,也可有效辨別出發生腸音之位置,故此系統可協助醫師的臨床診斷研究及瞭解腸子的蠕動情形。
Abdominal auscultation is a simple and noninvasive way to provide the clinical diagnosis reference for gastrointestinal disease. However, the auscultation of bowel sound is a time consuming work for a doctor. The anterior system only measure one channel data of bowel sound, but the data is not enough to diagnose entire intestine. Therefore, it is needful to develop a multi-channel measurement bowel sound system for diagnosing entire intestine, recording, and comparing bowel sound signal in every different position. The entire system includes analog circuit and digital circuit . In analog circuit part , it includes : sensor - electrical consider microphone, pr-amplifier and band pass filter circuit . In digital circuit part , it includes :analog to digital converter circuit and USB interface circuit. Using USB interface we transmit the digital bowel sound data to computer and then we can save it and display. The system is able to detect and record the signals in four different positions for a long time. It can find the frequency distribution and characterize of bowel sound. It also distinguishes the position of the bowel sound. The data will help the doctor to diagnose and know the state of bowel wriggle.
