水對水型熱泵性能評估研究

An Experimental Study of Performance Evaluation of Water-Source Heat Pump

摘要


本研究以電腦迴歸分析探討水對水型的熱泵主機之性能係數,將針對冷凝器不同的入出口水溫溫度,搭配蒸發器在固定溫差下的入出口水溫度與熱泵測試標準進行實驗量測,搭配電腦軟體CoolPack輔助計算,得到一組性能係數的經驗迴歸方程式。 在此方程式中可以只需要使用熱泵主機中的四個溫度點量測,分別是冷凝器的出入口冷媒管壁溫和蒸發器的出入口冷媒管壁溫度,代入本實驗找出之經驗迴歸方程式,可以快速、簡易評估在此冷媒流量和操作條件下熱泵主機的性能係數的數值。 針對本實驗的經驗迴歸方程式,搭配實驗數據的佐證,得到經由經驗迴歸方程式求得性能係數值和實驗結果實際的性能係數值誤差在4%左右,能夠很成功的估計,便於日後學術或是實務上的參考。

This research investigates the Coefficient of Performance (COP) of the water source heat pump with computational regression. With the help of the software CoolPack, an empirical regression equation is obtained. In this equation, it only takes four points to measure the temperature, which are the inlet and outlet wall temperature of the condenser and evaporator. With the four temperature values substituted into the empirical regression equation, it is much easier and faster to evaluate the COP of the heat pump under certain refrigerant mass flow rate and operation condition. The theoretical value of the COP calculated from the empirical regression equation has an approximate error of 4% compared to the actual experiment value. Therefore, this research provides an available way to predict the COP of the heat pump and also builds a baseline for educational uses or practical reference.
