This thesis analyzes through balanced panel data, which includes annual reports of 49 countries (including Taiwan) from 1996 to 2018, and discusses whether the income distribution of a country is influenced by factors such as degree of openness, importation, exportation, trade counterpart, and foreign direct investment; these discussions are based on the income distribution database provided from the World Inequality Database, which has divided the population of each country into 4 groups according to their income: the top 1\% share, the top 10\% share, the middle 40\% share, and the bottom 50\% share. This thesis concludes that, in both high-income countries and low-income countries, explanatory variables, such as trades and foreign direct investment, etc., do not cause significant influences on income distributions of the aforesaid 4 groups.
