摘要


分工合作是人類長久以來解決複雜問題的重要方法,其精神是透過將原本複雜的問題拆分成多個簡單的小工作,然後再分配給一至多人來處理。藉由分工合作,我們就不再需要具備多項專長來滿足工作需要,而是利用我們擁有的幾個專長專精於某個工作之中,其優點除了可以提高工作效率之外,還能提升整體團隊生產力。不過如果想最佳化人力資源指派的問題,由於分工合作牽涉到「人」這個複雜的個體,其中有非常多的因素會影響到團隊合作的表現,因此目前很少有人在研究這方面的議題。 本研究主要是基於現階段前人研究的成果,加入更多考量的因素,提出一個通用的人力資源指派數學模型,協助團隊領導人制定一套更好的人力資源指派方案。重要的是,該模型將能套用於各個產業的人力資源指派問題。因此我們將人力資源指派的問題轉換成數學模型,包含目標式跟若干限制式。在模型中,我們目標設定為最大化整體團隊合作的生產力,我們考慮團隊成員彼此間的影響力,以及成員對於所分派工作上生產力的影響,此外我們還考慮投入的人力成本不能超過給定預算,還有成員擁有的專長與其能力值和工作要求是否互相匹配。最後我們應用以拉格朗日鬆弛法為基礎的最佳化技術來解決人力資源指派的問題。

Team cooperation is an important method for human to solve complex problems for a long time. The purpose is to divide a complex problem into multiple simple tasks, and assign one or more workers to each task to complete them. Through the team cooperation, we no longer need to have multiple expertise to meet the requirements of the task, but use our several own expertise to specialize in a task, which can not only improve work efficiency, but also increase overall team productivity. However, if we want to optimize the human resource assignment problem, because of the team cooperation involves "people", which have many complex factors that affect the performance of teamwork. At present, there are few research currently studying in this topic. In this research, our study is mainly based on the results of previous studies, and we add more consideration factors to propose a generic human resource assignment mathematical model to develop a better human resource assignment strategy for team leaders. In addition, the most important is our model will be able to apply to various industries of human resource assignment. Therefore, we convert the human resource assignment problem into a mathematical model, which includes an objective function and several constraints. We set our goal to maximize the overall productivity of teamwork, and we consider the influence of the workers to each other and the influence of the productivity for a worker who assigned to work. In addition, we also consider that the labor cost invested should not exceed the given budget, and whether the expertise and workers' skill level of expertise match the task requirement. Finally, we apply the Lagrangian relaxation method as our optimization technique to solve the problem of human resource assignment.
