利用壓電致動器成型液滴之體積評估研究

摘要


本文主要探討設計一組壓電式液滴產生器,建立一套觀測液滴的設備,經由調整不同的參數,由攝影擷取出影像來瞭解液滴的情況。 並建立一套經由影像處理及程式積分計算液滴體積大小的方法,研究 產生液滴過程中液滴體積的變化及找出穩定成型液滴的訊號範圍,以期能為日後液滴相關之研究帶來幫助。

This investigation is mainly to design a piezoelectric droplet generator equipment to scope the droplet. This work will analysis the droplet which generated by some different controlled experiment parameters by distilling a photography. And build up a method which can estimate the volume of droplet by image analysis and integrate. This work will study the change of volume of droplet and find out the signal region of stable droplet formation . And we expect that this research about droplets bring us advantage in the future.
