有機發光二極體暫態電致放光及軟性低反射基板之研究

摘要


本論文主要探討在脈衝驅動下有機發光二極體的暫態行為,以及研究表面奈米結構以降低表面的反射率。 我們使用暫態電致放光來研究暫態載子行為,在不同脈衝驅動下並且建立侷限與反侷限模型。調變不同的佔空比、負偏壓、以及脈衝的電壓大小來觀察暫態電致放光現象,並且使用模型解釋載子動態行為,藉由延遲時間、爬升時間、衰減時間來作觀察,同時研究在高濃度磷光有機發光二極體元件中的載子行為和侷限機制。最後我們製作不同面積之有機發光二極體來研究電容效應對其影響。 此外,我們設計製造具有高穿透度、低反射、抗沾汙、耐磨損、可撓曲的薄膜,使用軟性基板加上抗污耐損耗的高分子塗層來進行奈米結構的翻印來製造,降低反射。並成功製造出具有最低反射率 0.1%、最低霧度0.64%、最大鉛筆硬度2H到3H、最小曲率半徑8 mm,以及影像品質97% 的薄膜。

In this thesis, we investigate the transient behavior of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) under electrical pulse driving. And we also study the surface nano-structures to reduce surface reflectance. We use transient electroluminescence (TREL) to investigate the transient carrier dynamic under pulse driving and build the trap and de-trap model. We adjust duty cycle, negative bias, and voltage value of pulse to observe the TREL signal and explain the carrier dynamic from delay time, rise time, and fall time within the model. We also investigate carrier behavior and traps mechanism in high dopant concentration of phosphorescent OLEDs. Finally, with different area size of OLEDs, we see the capacitance effect to the response of OLED. Besides, we design and fabricate flexible films with high transmittance, hardness, and water contact angle, and low reflectance by imprinting nanostructures on a UV curable polymer and then treat with fluoroalkyl material. We successfully fabricate the flexible films, which possess minimal reflectance, haze, and flexibility of 0.10%, 0.64%, and 8 mm, respectively, and a maximal pencil hardness and universal image quality index of 2H to 3H and 0.97, respectively.
