本研究欲利用新發展的操作模式切換圖方法對車輛混合動力系統進行分析與評估。此方法可用以幫助釐清車輛混合動力系統之操作模式以及系統操作模式在改變時,系統組成元件之運作狀態。首先我們定義車輛混合動力系統之操作模式及其狀態數列,接著列出操作模式切換之相鄰矩陣,表達不同操作模式間之相互關係,然後以圖像化表達相互關係,以清楚快速了解車輛混合動力系統之特性。最後再利用電腦輔助工程軟體,建立系統模型進行動態分析,觀察操作模式切換時對於系統之影響,進行評估與比較。本研究建立一套針對混合動力系統之分析流程,利用新的圖畫表示方法釐清系統特性,後利用電腦輔助工程軟體檢驗系統操作模式切換時實際運作情形,建立控制車輛混合動力系統操作模式切換方式之參考。
The research aims to analyze and evaluate the dynamic characteristics of hybrid powertrains and power units when switching systems’ operation mode. This study develops a method using graph theory, defines a new graph, which is named “Operation Transformation Graph(OTG)”, to help us clarifying the situation of each unit when transforming systems’ operation mode. First we define hybrid systems’ operation modes, secondly we use the concept of adjacency matrix to show the relationship between each mode, at the end we plot the Operation Transformation Graph, which can help us evaluate the system. The research also utilizes computer aided engineering(CAE) to simulate the real characteristics of the hybrid system. The research develops an analyze method and constructs the reference of controlling hybrid vehicle systems.
