以X3D為基礎的風力發電教學平台之研究與實做

摘要


在油價高漲,能源逐漸匱乏的今天,發展替代能源似乎成為當務之急的課題,政府近年來積極提倡綠色能源,台灣擁有豐富的風力資源,因此開發風力發電系統,是台灣在發展綠色能源方面,一個非常可行的方向,提倡風力發電之餘,我們可以讓大眾去瞭解風力發電的一些細節,因此我們的教學以提倡風力發電為主,透過網頁的方式,介紹許多有關風力發電的資訊,再佐以X3D 的3D模型去呈現一些風力發電機的現象,整個數位學習環境架設在以Sakai 為基礎所建置的教學平台上,將風力發電當作一個課題介紹給大眾,使用者可以在平台上進行討論互動,並可對這個課題去做練習,如此加深了人們對這方面資訊的接受度,讓愈多人瞭解這項能源新科技。有了這些對風力發電的認知,相信在風力發電的推廣上可以更順利、更普及。

The oil price is higher and higher and the natural resource lacks day by day. To find the substitute energy seems to be the most important subject. Our government encourages the green energy recently. Taiwan has plentiful wind power resource. So developing the wind power system is workable at the way of developing green power. Not only we promote the wind power, but also let people know some detail of the wind power. For the reason, we focus on promoting the wind power and introduce many information of the wind power by using the homepage. Furthermore, we use X3D to develop the 3D model to present the action of the wind turbine. The whole e-learning environment is base on a platform which develops by Sakai. We regard the wind power as a subject to promote to people. The users on the platform can discuss with each other, and practice of the subject. So we can make people impressed in the wind power and let more and more people know the new technology. We believe it can make promoting wind power more smoothly.
